Westminster Small and Minority Business Council (WSMBC) is a membership only organisation whose purpose is to fast track Westminster based small and minority businesses (SMBs) who have the ambition to grow. We are uniquely placed to do this thanks to our Corporate Sponsors (Majors) who are 100% committed to helping our SMB members.They do this through our mentoring programme, by giving our small members the opportunity to win their business (and helping them cut through difficult procurement requirements), showing them how to win business from other hard to reach companies and by hosting our lively business events. Companies who are frustrated that they have been prevented from growing through lack of funding can be guided to the organizations that are sympathetic to growing SMBs. WSMBC was inspired by Houston’s Minority Business Council and was initiated by Westminster City Council.
Membership is limited. However non members can be invited to our business events by invitation. If you are based in Westminster, have 10 or fewer staff and are determined to grow your business, you may qualify for our programme.
