Westminster Small and Minority Business Council

Westminster Small and Minority Business Council (WSMBC) is an exciting new initiative aimed at helping small and minority owned businesses grow in Westminster. Sir Simon Milton, Leader of Westminster City Council, announced the concept in March 2005. Since then WSMBC has been established as a company limited by guarantee and WCC remains a major supporter of it. In fact, the establishment of WSMBC was ranked among WCC's top 10 achievements in 2005
